Your sales, filed in EBM.

Every sale needs an EBM receipt. KBC EBM Connect takes your approved payments and enters each one into RRA’s EBM 2.1 for you, then keeps the signed receipt as a PDF.

  1. Your payments come inFrom your billing system or a file your accountant prepares.
  2. Each sale is entered and approved in EBMCustomer, item, amount in RWF and payment mode, filled in exactly as EBM asks.
  3. The signed receipt is saved and checkedEach receipt PDF is opened and matched to its sale before it’s filed.
KBC EBM Connect
  • Works with RRA’s EBM 2.1 on the Windows computer you already use for EBM.
  • Only fills in what EBM requires, so entries aren’t rejected.
  • Receipts are saved as PDFs in a folder you choose. No paper needed.
  • Stops and explains when something doesn’t look right, instead of guessing.
  • Each computer is approved before it can run, and your accountant sees a report of every run.
